Our Modules

  • You can prepare your electronic exams using all question types.
  • The evaluation of multiple-choice questions is automatically done by the system after electronic exams. However, open-ended questions are evaluated by the instructor.
  • It allows you to prepare these exams in simulated environments to measure the student's social, clinical, reasoning, and professional practice skills through the system.
  • It enables the student to add what they need to ask the patient during the anamnesis, physical examination findings, and laboratory and imaging tests to the questions.
  • You can objectively assess your students' performance during internships with appropriate checklists and provide feedback to support their development.
  • You can evaluate students in clinical practices, 360° assessments, and patient visits in terms of their social and technical competence.
  • Instructors can take attendance using the QR code in the system.
  • Students can view their own attendance reports.
  • Instructors and students can view their course schedules on the academic calendar on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • The advisor can review the student's past educational history, courses at the faculty, and grades through the system.
  • The advisor can refer the student to a psychological counselor, allowing the student's progress to be monitored through the system.
  • A product file (participation documents, posters, project file, etc.) can be created for students.
  • Self-evaluation can be done for each semester.
  • Mentor (Academic Advisor) can see the self-evaluations made by the student 
  • The Mentor can see the Tutor's feedback for the student. 
  • Mentor can give feedback for the student.
  • It allows you to create, implement, monitor, and evaluate strategic goals or actions that are aligned with the vision and mission of the faculty.
  • It helps you create your goals and actions when writing your GZFT analysis results, taking your values and stakeholders into account.

  • It plans each step, manages the schedule, facilitates communication, records, organizes meetings, votes, records meetings, documents, archives, and enables reporting.
  • It allows you to determine students' competencies by academic departments.
  • You can add CEPA codes (Preliminary, T, etc.) and quota numbers to the competencies.
  • Students can submit notifications to their instructors about the practices they have done in internships.
  • Instructors approve the notifications submitted by students, allowing their report cards to be created.
  • Students can only take the exam from a single computer.
  • During the exam, logs of all actions, along with the student's image, voice, and screen, are recorded.

 Course hours are entered depending on the exam observer hours.

  • Program-based and total course load can be calculated and reported.
  • Manage users.
  • You can add special groups to users and determine their authorizations.
  • Define academic year, class and group (branch) definitions.
  • All your courses and subjects can be added and used in discipline-based and integrated education model. When adding subjects, it can be determined as Basic Sciences, Clinical Sciences, Practice/Practical education activity. 
  • The National Core Education Program will be available in the system, it can create an extended education program with the titles that can be added on it. By matrixing the topics covered over the years with the NQEP titles, the process of accessing the NQEP titles can be reported.
  • The matrix of program competencies and course learning outcomes can be made easily.
  • Special announcements can be published for user groups. Users who see/don't see the announcement can be listed and notifications can be sent again.
  • High subject content validity can be achieved in the assessment and evaluation process by adding questions to the subject headings.
